This policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted, ensuring transparency and fairness for all customers.
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not issued automatically after purchase. However, we understand that exceptional situations may occur, and we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis when they meet the criteria outlined below.

* duplicate purchase of the same guide made accidentally by the same customer
* confirmed payment error resulting in multiple charges for a single purchase
* non-delivery of the digital content due to a system or platform malfunction, provided the issue is reported promptly
* corrupted or incomplete digital files that cannot be replaced or restored
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
* change of mind after successful delivery of the digital content
* lack of expected results, as SmartHouse provides educational guidance, not guaranteed outcomes
* incompatibility with specific devices, platforms, or software not disclosed prior to purchase
* insufficient technical knowledge, as guides are designed to explain systems but do not replace professional installation services
* failure to read the product description, format details, or digital-only disclaimer before purchase
If a refund request is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, but refunds are typically completed within a reasonable business period after approval.
To request a refund, customers must contact SmartHouse support and provide the following information:
* proof of purchase
* description of the issue encountered
* screenshots or error messages, if applicable
* confirmation that troubleshooting steps were attempted where relevant
SmartHouse reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions listed above or that demonstrate misuse of digital content, including repeated refund claims after accessing multiple guides.
Please note that partial refunds are not available for bundled digital products once access has been granted. In cases where a bundle contains multiple guides, refunds are evaluated based on whether access to the content has already been provided.
